The ‘Pro-Lite” Volume Compensators are especially well suited for all applications where the compensators are permanently or temporary operated in corrosive environments or submerged in seawater, where even stainless steel compensators are subject to (pitting) corrosion over time. Non-metal Compensator like the ‘Pro-Lite’ will not be affected by the cathodic protection system, which can clog the perforated sea-vent and strainer/filters of the shell.
